incorporated and registered 121order in Kuwait. We deliver the food
from our own brands and hosted brands. Our aim is to deliver the
food within 30 mins from multiple brands in a single order.
Privacy
Policies
- At
the time of order placement, the customer’s IP address is logged.
This is done for fraud protection.
- In
case of fraudulent orders, they are identified, and will take
legal actions
- 121order
collects personal information from the customer, including and not
limited to first and last name, telephone & mobile numbers,
email address, delivery address and any other information
voluntarily provided by the customer.
This information is
collected in the event a customer
- Places
an order through any platform.
- Enters
a contest or promotional activity.
- Participates
in a survey.
- Submits
website/app feedback.
Use
and Disclosure
- Apart
from the events mentioned above, 121order may use the personal
information collected to improve the content of the website/app,
customize the website/app to the customer's preferences,
communicate information to the customer, and for any other
specified purposes.
- 121order
may also store and process the personal information collected in
order to provide goods and services
Intellectual
Property Rights
121order
is the owner of all the intellectual property rights of its own
brands, and not for the hosted brands on the app/websites. Any
content or information present in the app/website may not be copied,
downloaded, republished, etc for personal or commercial use.
Prices
& Payments
Prices
of items & delivery may change without prior notice, but once
the order is confirmed, there will be no changes in the price of
confirmed orders or If a customer added the order in the cart
already, there will be no change in the price for 2 hours. If a
customer fails to check out within 2 hours, the prices may update.
Payment
for all items can be done through debit or credit card or COD (cash
on delivery)
Payment
must be done in advance for subscriptions, no partial payment is
accepted. If COD is selected for subscription, full payment must be
settled on the first delivery of the meal subscription.
Credit/Debit
Card Details
121Order
does not store credit/debit cards or any other customer payment
information.
Complaints,
Replacements & Reschedules
Customers
may contact only 121Order support for any complaints.
Replacement
of items if:
- Customers
received the wrong food item in the orders except for
subscription, as availability of the items depends on availability
of fresh vegetables/other items.
- Any
kind of damage to the food item from 121Order personnel.
- Once
the order is dispatched for subscriptions, the order cannot be
cancelled or rescheduled for that day.
- Once
the order is dispatched for on-demand, the order cannot be
cancelled
Offers,
Discounts & Cash Backs
- Offers
and discounts may be available for a limited period and may be
withdrawn any moment unless the order is placed on the offer.
- Once
the order is placed, no offer or discounts can be added.
- Cash
back points/money available for 30 days. If a customer fails to
use them within 30 days, points/money may be expired.
Refer
& Earn
A
referee may be credited only when a referred placed order
successfully by using the unique referral code provided by the
referee (which is available in the referee account).
Refunds
Refund
may be possible if:
- Wrong
order is received in on-demand orders
- Any
damage caused to the food item from 121order personnel
Refund
policy:
- Offer
is not considered for cancellation refunds.
- Refunds
may be done within 15 working days.
